The Cloof cellar door (tasting room) is the ideal place for wine enthusiasts, nature-lovers and those just curious as to why wine is one of South Africa’s most popular assets.

Our expert hosts will guide you through our full collection of wine from our Winemakers Selection, Signature range and Duckitt collection as well as introduce you to the in-house specials.

The beautiful lawn is the perfect place to enjoy the Western Cape’s renowned weather and the vine overhangs and trees provide a cooling shelter. In addition to the option of soaking in the farm atmosphere outside, there’s always the option of relaxing in our rustic styled tasting room.

Large groups are also welcome and we are more than happy to accommodate wide varieties of parties. We do advise that you make a booking to ensure we can give you the most memorable experience possible.

The Cloof Kitchen

Much of the fresh products used is organically grown in their gardens; salads are often picked minutes before appearing on guests’ plates.

Flavour rules our world’ is the mantra by which Cloof wine estate near Darling produces a number of tasty products ‚ many of which are made using produce from the estate’s garden.
