Darling of origin, darling by nature. Grown in vineyards that have been described as "Shiraz Heaven", this wine's luscious fruit was accessorised with the very best French Oak, making a package that is so appealing and seductive that it could only be named after the experience one has when drinking it.

Fermentation:
The Shiraz had two days of cold soak at 10°C before inoculation and then fermented dry on the skins for eight days, at 30C. After fermentation it macerated for a further five days before being pressed.
Maturation:
After malolactic fermentation in the tanks, the wine wass transferred to barrels for 12 months. (45% new french oak was used) After fining and a light filtration the wine was bottled
