Grown in vineyards that have been described as "Shiraz Heaven", this wine's luscious fruit was accessorised with the very best French Oak, making a package that is so appealing and seductive that it could only be named after the experience one has when drinking it.

Age of Vines:
Vineyard planted in 2000 (clone SH22B on Richter 99 rootstock). Vine density of 1666 per hectare.

Drip irrigated only to avoid stress during the ripening period.

East-West rows positioned on North East facing slope.

Fermentation:
The juice had two days of cold soak at 10ºC before inoculation and then fermented dry on the skins for eight days, at 30ºC. After fermentation it macerated for a further five days before being pressed.
Maturation:
After malolactic fermentation in tanks, the wine was transferred to barrels for 12 months (45% new French oak was used). After fining and a light filtration the wine was bottled.
